Pocket guide to APA Style, by Robert Perrin has the following information regarding citing a blog from a newspaper's website:

An Online Pposting--Blog or Discussion Group

to cite an online posting to a blog or discussion group, provide the author, identified by name or screen name; the date of the posting; the title of the posting, with a description of the message; and a retrieval statement that is appropriate to the kind of source.

Wiley, S. (2017, May 6). Looking for work? consider the healthcare industry [Blog message]. Retrieved from PBS Blogs: http://www.pbs.org/engage/blogs/programs.
