Using APA citation style:

Author, A. (Author's role). (Date). Image title [Type of image]. Retrieved

      from http://www.website.com

If there's no author listed, skip it but put the image title first. If there's no date given, use (n.d.) instead. Here's an example citation of a photo found on the web:

Grim, A. (Photographer). (2005, December 10). Nerstrand Big Woods State Park -

      Nerstrand,Minnesota [Photograph]. Retrieved from

      http://www.flickr.com/photos/grimphotography/72289678/

Here's an example of a non-photograph image with no author or creator given:

Waterfall model [Online image]. (n.d.).  Retrieved May 18, 2016, from the TechnoTrice

      website: http://i1.wp.com/www.technotrice.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/05/waterfall-model.jpg?
